Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, identifying care barriers, and reviewing medication history. Perform physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly via a pay-per-test model and market multipliers. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday on short-term or long-term bases as an independent contractor.
Required Qualifications
