Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Average 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with additional pay-per-test compensation available. Shifts run Monday through Sunday; short-term or long-term contracts are accepted. Malpractice coverage and availability incentives apply.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified nurse practitioner
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- State License Required
