Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and identifying care barriers. Perform physical evaluations and educate patients on treatment plans using pre-populated, patient-specific forms without prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering existing regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly through standard pay and a pay-per-test model. Work as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling available Monday through Sunday, including short-term or long-term options, while utilizing available incentives based on weekly availability.
