Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly. Work as an independent contractor with flexible shifts Monday through Sunday, available for short-term or long-term engagement.
