Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical status, and identifying care barriers. Perform physical evaluations and educate patients on treatment plans using pre-populated forms, without prescribing medication or ordering lab tests. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily across Monday through Sunday shifts, earning up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment and a market multiplier. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll, with airfare and hotel support available for eligible contractors.
