Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing physical condition, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms, focusing on overall health and well-being without prescribing medicine or altering treatment regimens. Average 6-9 visits daily, earning up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment and additional pay-per-test incentives. Shifts available Monday through Sunday; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll is strongly preferred. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare and hotel.
