Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing physical condition, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms, focusing on overall well-being without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 daily assessments to earn up to $4,000 weekly, with additional pay-per-test incentives available. Work as an independent contractor on a flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday, with airfare, hotel, and rental car support depending on eligibility. Requires a state license and Medicaid enrollment willingness.
