Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, reviewing medication history, medical background, and performing physical assessments. Identify potential barriers to care and educate patients on treatment plans without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering existing regimens. Complete pre-populated, patient-specific forms during visits that average 6-9 daily, earning up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment. This role requires a board-certified nurse practitioner with a state license and willingness to obtain a Medicaid license, working as an independent contractor on a flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday.
