Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing physical well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms to educate them on treatment plans without prescribing medication or ordering lab tests. Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly based on an average of 6-9 daily visits, with additional pay-per-test incentives and market multiplier bonuses. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel support available.
