Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health and well-being while identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Earn up to $4,000 weekly, averaging 6-9 visits daily at a base rate of $80 per assessment, with additional pay-per-test compensation and a market multiplier available. Shifts run Monday through Sunday with no night or weekend requirements, and airfare, hotel, and rental car support are provided based on eligibility.
