Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly through per-visit bonuses and pay-per-test models. Work as an independent contractor with flexible Monday-Sunday shifts, with airfare, hotel, and rental car support available depending on eligibility.
