Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms while identifying barriers to care. Complete an average of 6-9 daily assessments to earn up to $4,000 weekly, utilizing a pay-per-test model for additional diagnostic and preventive procedures. Maintain flexibility with Monday-Sunday availability, including airfare, hotel, and rental car support for eligible assignments. Operate as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage, managing other personal commitments while empowering members to become better health advocates.
Required Qualifications

- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- State License Required
