Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Manage visits with health plan members in their homes, providing education and assessing treatment plan understanding without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering current regimens. Work Monday through Sunday with flexible hours, averaging 6-9 visits daily at a base rate of $80 per assessment, with opportunities to earn up to $4,000 weekly via market multipliers and pay-per-test models. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll and a state license; offers malpractice coverage, availability incentives, and travel reimbursement including airfare, hotel, and rental car.
