Job Summary
Conduct in-home visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members to perform medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and identify care barriers. Complete assessments using pre-populated patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Average 6-9 visits daily with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Earn up to $4,000 weekly via a base rate of $80 per assessment plus a pay-per-test model for qualifying diagnostic and preventive services. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll.
