Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical history, and performing physical exams. Identify barriers to care and educate patients on treatment plans without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering current regimens. Complete assessments using pre-populated, patient-specific forms during pre-scheduled visits. Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 visits daily, including a pay-per-test model for additional diagnostics. Work as an independent contractor with flexible Monday through Sunday availability. Requires a state license or willingness to enroll for Medicaid.
