Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members, identifying barriers to care while utilizing a pre-populated patient-specific form. Manage up to 6-9 daily visits with an average base rate of $80 per completed assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly through the Market Multiplier and pay-per-test model. Work as an independent contractor with flexible hours Monday through Sunday, utilizing available airfare, hotel, and rental car support. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll and a state license.
