Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing physical well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms to educate patients and assess treatment plan understanding without prescribing medicine, ordering labs, or altering existing regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 daily assessments earning up to $4,000 weekly, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. As an independent contractor, you will receive malpractice coverage and may qualify for pay-per-test incentives and travel allowances including airfare and hotel.
