Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members, utilizing provided patient-specific forms to identify care barriers without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily, earning up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment and additional pay-per-test incentives. Work flexible Monday through Sunday shifts as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare and hotel.
