Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in pre-scheduled visits, utilizing provided patient-specific forms. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly with a market multiplier option. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter treatment regimens. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel benefits.
