Average 6-9 visits daily with an average rate of $80 per completed assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly plus potential pay-per-test bonuses and market multipliers. Schedule Monday through Sunday with flexible hours; short-term or long-term basis available. Requires state license and Medicaid license or willingness to enroll.
