Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members to identify care barriers while managing medication history and medical records. Complete assessments using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Earn up to $4,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 daily visits, utilizing a pay-per-test model for additional diagnostic and preventive services. Work flexible Monday through Sunday shifts as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel benefits available.
