Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing physical condition, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Earn up to $4,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 daily visits, including a pay-per-test model for qualifying diagnostic and preventive services. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday with short-term or long-term contract options.
