Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, identifying care barriers, and reviewing medication histories. Perform physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily, earning up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment and potential 135% market multipliers. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel support available.
