Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Manage visits for up to 9 daily, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Earn up to $4,000 weekly via a base rate of $80 per assessment, a market multiplier, and a pay-per-test model. Requires a state license; malpractice coverage and travel benefits (airfare, hotel, rental car) are provided. Independent contractor status applies.
