Job Summary
Conduct in-home visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members to perform medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and identify care barriers. Complete assessments using pre-populated, patient-specific forms while reviewing overall health and well-being. Earn up to $4,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 daily visits, utilizing a pay-per-test model for additional diagnostic and preventive services. Work Monday through Sunday on short-term or long-term contracts as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel support available.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified nurse practitioner
- State License Required
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
