Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical status, and identifying care barriers. Perform physical evaluations and educate patients on treatment plans using pre-populated forms without prescribing medication, ordering labs, or altering existing regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily across Monday through Sunday shifts, earning up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment and potential bonuses for additional tests. Requires a state license and Medicaid enrollment willingness; includes malpractice coverage and travel support for eligible contractors.
