Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication and medical history, performing physical assessments, and identifying care barriers. Complete 6-9 visits daily using pre-populated, patient-specific forms to educate members on their treatment plans without prescribing medicine or altering existing regimens. Earn up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment and a market multiplier option, while working flexible Monday through Sunday shifts as an independent contractor.
Required Qualifications

- State License Required
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
