Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical needs, and performing physical evaluations. Identify barriers to care and educate patients on treatment plans during pre-scheduled visits. Earn up to $4,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 daily visits, utilizing a pay-per-test model for additional diagnostic and preventive services. Work as an independent contractor on short-term or long-term bases with flexible scheduling from Monday to Sunday.
