Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication and medical history, performing physical assessments, and identifying care barriers. Complete pre-populated, patient-specific forms during visits that focus on overall health and well-being without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Work flexible Monday through Sunday shifts with an average of 6-9 daily visits, earning up to $4,000 weekly plus pay-per-test bonuses and market multipliers. State license required for independent contractor status.
