Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in pre-scheduled visits with health plan members. Complete assessments using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Average 6-9 visits daily earning up to $4,000 weekly, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll and a state license. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel benefits available.
