Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and identifying barriers to care. Perform physical evaluations using pre-populated patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly plus a market multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Work as an independent contractor on a flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday, with airfare, hotel, and rental car support available for eligible assignments.
