Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing physical condition, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Average 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment, earning up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, including potential pay-per-test bonuses and a market multiplier. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare, hotel, and rental car.
