Job Summary
Contract Nurse Practitioner for in-home health evaluations with Medicare Advantage/Medicaid plans. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health, identify barriers to care, and document pre-populated patient-specific forms during evaluations. Opportunities to earn weekly pay between $2,500 and $4,000 with base rate of $80 per completed assessment and potential up to 135% through a Market Multiplier; additional compensation via a pay-per-test model for eligible visits. Independent contractor (1099) with flexible schedule; shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required); pre-scheduled visits; travel support benefits (airfare, hotel, rental car) may apply; malpractice coverage; state license required; Medicaid license enrollment supported. Short-term or long-term engagements available; focus on responsible patient education and assessment without prescribing medications or altering treatment plans.
