Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner contractors to conduct in-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care; pre-scheduled visits in members’ homes; earnings up to $2,500-$4,000 per week with base rate of $80 per completed assessment and potential increases via Market Multiplier; shifts available Monday–Sunday; malpractice coverage provided; air/hotel/rental car available depending on eligibility; state license required; clinicians do not prescribe, order labs, or alter current treatments.

- State License Required
