Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and treatment planning for injectable treatments and advanced medical aesthetic procedures. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals, integrate complementary energy-based devices and medical-grade skincare, and deliver safe, ethical, evidence-based care. Prescribe and manage treatment plans while maintaining accurate clinical documentation, treatment photography, and patient records. Provide follow-up care to support outcomes and continuity, educate patients on treatment options, and collaborate with physicians to ensure efficient patient flow. Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active registration and good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectables
- Ability to work independently within NP scope in a clinical aesthetic setting
- Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills
- Client-focused approach with a strong emphasis on safety and outcomes
- Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Effective team collaboration skills
