Nurse Practitioner- Foot Care

Provide routine foot and nail care, including trimming, reducing thick nails, vascular and diabetic foot care, and minor procedures in a skilled nursing environment. Conduct fall risk assessments and interventions while collaborating with on-site staff and a collaborative physician. Perform all clinical decisions independently, utilizing provided equipment, supplies, and a laptop for documentation. Manage care for the geriatric population with full office support handling consents, scheduling, and IT. Requires valid unrestricted NP/FNP license, driver's license, and willingness to travel to facilities.
