Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care across the lifespan, managing acute visits, chronic disease, preventive care, and annual wellness visits for an established panel in Conyers. Collaborate with an experienced supervising physician and utilize eClinicalWorks documentation supported by dedicated billing and coding specialists. Practice medicine without hospital rounds, weekend shifts, or panel-building, serving a long-standing community in Rockdale County. This role offers a $120,000 to $135,000 base salary with performance incentives, full employer-paid medical insurance, and a CME allowance within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Georgia APRN license
- FNP certification (or eligibility, for new graduates completing certification)
