Responsibilities include delivering PM&R/physiatry services, coordinating with PCP teams for post-acute conditions (e.g., CVA, progressive neurological conditions, postoperative orthopedic care), tracking patient progress, addressing barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic bowel/bladder), attending multidisciplinary meetings, contributing to culture-building and education initiatives, and pursuingCRC-provided training and certifications.
