Job Summary
Provide outpatient and inpatient care for pediatric and young adult patients with congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and heart failure across the Pediatric Transplant Center, Heart Center, and ACCU medical team. Manage chronic conditions, immunosuppressive therapy, and transplant regulations while coordinating longitudinal care with multidisciplinary teams. Support home care, clinic visits, and discharge planning for patients with acquired and pre-/post-transplant needs. Maintain current MA NP license and PNP or FNP certification. Schedule includes 40 hours weekly with days, occasional nights, and weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited NP program
- 2+ years of pediatric RN experience
- Current MA NP license
- PNP or FNP certification
- BLS certification
- PALS certification
- Schedule: 40 hrs./wk.
- Availability for days with the possibility of up to 25% nights
- Availability for every 3rd weekend
- Availability for some holidays when covering ACCU
