Nurse Practitioner- Family Practice- Part Time

Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice position in an outpatient/family medicine setting. Provides comprehensive NP care including assessing, diagnosing, and managing treatment plans for patients across the lifespan; orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic studies; prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions; engages in health promotion, disease prevention, and education for patients and families. Works within an interdisciplinary team, seeks appropriate consultations or referrals, and maintains accurate documentation in the EMR. Participation in quality, safety, and performance initiatives, and involvement in education/onboarding of team members are expected. Requires Master’s Degree in Nursing, active APRN license, national board certification, and DEA registration (with Illinois CS License if practicing there); BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required within specified timelines. Demonstrates strong clinical proficiency, independent work capability, effective communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize patient care. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating necessary equipment. This role is based at Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh, Wisconsin, under Advocate Health, with typical full-time hours (40 per week) and a pay range of $51.05-$76.60 per hour.
