Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive family primary care services including preventive screenings, acute illness management, and chronic disease monitoring in a private practice setting. Maintain highly confidential patient information while exercising sound judgment and discretion during clinical interactions. Provide direct patient care Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm without night or weekend shifts. Requires a current state license, Master's degree in nursing, and excellent communication skills. Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner role.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Must have a State NP License
- Must hold current license/registration to practice
- Master's Degree in Nursing
