Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive family health assessments and manage chronic conditions in a private practice setting. Provide direct patient care while maintaining highly confidential information and exercising sound judgment and discretion. Deliver excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate care plans and educate patients. Requires a Master's Degree in Nursing and a current New York State NP license. No nights or weekends; schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Must have a New York State NP License
- Must hold current license/registration to practice
- Master's Degree in Nursing
