Job Summary
Provide same-day outpatient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Banner Health clinics; operate with autonomy within a collaborative team, focusing on acute conditions in a fast-paced environment. Two primary locations in Arizona, no on-call requirement, 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts, and on-site imaging. Requires active AZ license/DEA with prescriptive authority, national AANP certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of recent same-day, urgent care, or family practice experience; strong procedural skills and ability to treat patients of all ages.
Required Qualifications
- FNP with active Arizona license and DEA with prescriptive authority
- National certification (AANP) and current BLS
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in same-day, urgent care, or family practice
- Skilled in procedures and comfortable treating patients of all ages
