Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner sought for a team-based primary care practice in Locust Grove, GA. Provide comprehensive care to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting with telehealth capability and a virtual scribe. Key duties include primary care assessment and management, participation in value-based care initiatives, and collaboration with cross-trained care management and population health teams. Must be graduate and certified from an accredited NP program, hold a current unrestricted license (or be eligible), have DEA eligibility, and possess BLS/ACLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Graduate and certified Nurse Practitioner from an accredited NP program
- Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or eligible for licensure
- Active DEA registration or eligible for registration
- Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligible to enroll
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (Athena preferred)
