Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner to join a team-based primary care practice in Locust Grove, GA. Responsibilities include providing care to pediatric and adult patients, conducting comprehensive health histories and physicals (acute, chronic, and preventive care), and delivering outpatient services in a flexible scheduling environment. Must be a graduate and certified from an accredited NP program, hold or be eligible for licensure, possess DEA registration or eligibility, and be BLS or ACLS certified. Proficiency with EMR systems (Athena preferred) and experience with telehealth/virtual scribe support are advantageous. The role supports population health and care-management initiatives within a physician-led network that emphasizes value-based care and integrated clinical operations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate and certified from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or eligible for licensure
- DEA registration or eligible for DEA registration
- Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligible to enroll
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record systems (Athena preferred)
