Job Summary
Experienced Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine joining Geisinger Pottsville Primary Care team with extended appointment times (40 minutes for medically complex patients; 20 minutes for average/acute visits), collaborative care model with physician/APP panel sharing, and comprehensive support resources (Epic EMR with Ambient dictation, care managers, pharmacists, and on-site education teams). Opportunities for teaching/precepting, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and relocation assistance. Requires Master’s Degree and state licensure as an NP with NCCPA certification eligibility; licensed RN in Pennsylvania and BLS certification. Extensive patient care across pediatric to geriatric populations within a supportive, safety-focused Geisinger environment.

- Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body
- Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
- NCCPA certification or eligibility
- ARC-PA approved program accreditation
- Pennsylvania State licensure
