Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care for patients across all life stages within an established outpatient clinic in Eugene, Oregon. Deliver relationship-centered care with a focus on continuity and panel development, utilizing 36 patient contact hours over a 4-4.5-day workweek without hospital or inpatient responsibilities. Collaborate with a provider-led team that values shared decision-making while maintaining clinical autonomy. Manage the full scope of Family Medicine, including evidence-based care and access to a regional network of specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for Primary Care
- Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care
- Must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- Must be occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Must be able to handle exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues
- Must be eligible to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
