Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine) in outpatient clinic; provides care under collaborating physician(s), conducts detailed histories and physical exams, orders and interprets imaging/tests, prescribes therapies (pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic), educates patients, documents care in records, and works autonomously within interdisciplinary teams to deliver preventive and comprehensive health services in a family medicine setting; position includes participation in outpatient call group and sign-on bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) in the State of IL
- Federal DEA license and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- BLS/CPR certification
- master's degree preferred
