Job Summary
Conduct outpatient and inpatient care for the At Work team in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, utilizing fully implemented EPIC EMR. Work 36 hours weekly across Monday through Friday with specific morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Maintain licensure in the State of Kentucky and AANP certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. This role offers a competitive hourly base rate for experienced FNP candidates joining the Deaconess Clinic.
