Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive women's health primary care for patients across all life stages within an established clinic serving the Willamette Valley. Manage a panel of 36 patient contact hours over a 4-4.5-day workweek with no hospital call or inpatient responsibilities. Utilize clinical autonomy to deliver relationship-centered care while collaborating with a provider team that values shared decision-making. Required Qualifications
- Passion for Primary Care
- Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive women's health care
- 1 year of Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
- Highly-engaged Nurse Practitioner
- Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient's confidentiality

- Attend work regularly and on time
- Must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
